yes. it's sarcastic. these cheap MS license deals are all "grey market" ie resold abused volume license keys against the Terms of Use. there's no way a bundle that retails for $300+ is legitimately sold at $22. this isn't a clearance/pricemistake/stacking deal - it's just piracy.

SD just can't resist their cut of the profit on these sketchy "deals" so they get posted all the time.

They reduced the price $10 so they reduced the value of the code by the same. Hmmm.

As I posted in the MS Office Pro Plus post, MS Office Professional Plus 2024 is LTSC. Meaning no updates, and for me in my copy no help access. The vendor does not say this on the ad so I did a live chat and they told me it was LTSC. I did not ask about the Windows 11 as to what type of license it was. Should you be interested in purchasing this bundle (which is a great price) I would inquire on the vendor's website via chat as to license types. I love my Office 2024, but it has drawbacks. While I have not purchased from this vendor I did buy a Office 2024 key (KEYWORD IS KEY ONLY) and installed the s/w from Microsoft web site. Works perfectly, just has drawbacks of LTSC license.

I'm still using the Office 2000 that I bought as I was exiting college 27 years ago (student license). I've been itching for an upgrade. This is probably the time to pull the trigger.
Google's suite does the vast majority of what need to do on a day-to-day basis, but if I need to open a huge spreadsheet, Google Sheets sometimes doesn't cut it.

You can also try LibreOffice (its free).
I use that for everything except excel, so can't comment on how it handles huge spreadsheets. But if you're still rocking office 2000 then you aren't using any of the newer formulas/database links/etc... So Libre might be right up your alley.

this crap pisses me off because I get really do it easily and it's just not freaking legal. but yet it's all over Groupon and all these other places that allow third party's to sell their "unlimited business employee code" until Microsoft finds out that it's fake and shuts them now. but then they've already got our cash. freaking insane

I couldn't activate the previous office deal from those guys. Microsoft doesn't recognize it as a legit code. They handed me a link to download their cracked office copy. Scam.
