It was a slickdeal then. It's not at this price.

Definitely not the lowest. It was $849 just 2 weeks ago: https://slickdeals.net/f/18566500-hp-omnibook-x-flip-16-3k-oled-120hz-touch-ryzen-ai-7-350-32gb-lpddr5-1tb-ssd-849-99?src=SDSearchv3&attrsrc=Thread%3AExpired%3ATrue%7CSearch%3AType%3Anormal%7CSearch%3ASort%3Arecent%7CSearch%3AHideExpired%3Afalse

Please explain why you post a ton of deals that have been lower by $50 or more in the past (especially Best Buy deals), and that's OK ... but this particular deal is not. I could understand if there was a *current* deal that was less, that would make sense. But, as with your posts, the previous price is unavailable/expired, so I fail to comprehend what makes this post not good, but yet all of yours ok.
The OP wrote this, being the lowest price, which it is not, and I pointed that out. Had it been cheaper many months ago, it would have made sense for this price to be attractive. But something cheaper just 2 weeks ago does not make this price a 'slick deal', which I merely highlighted.
This is probably the third time you have tried to act smart when I have pointed out something being cheaper in the past. Back your claims with a link or two, like I have, or else don't bother with the false accusations.

But since you said "That's NEVER the case.", then I will go ahead and provide the backing of my claim as you require, it took less than 60 seconds as I literally found one from one of your posts today, there are a lot of other examples:

No need to fabricate things and present them to paint a false picture. That's never the case. 90% of the deals I post are either the same price as the previous deals (most of them being popular or FP) or lower, hence why I write 'lowest price so far' in most of my posts to make it easier for people who don't keep track of the pricing.

I guarantee you will reply to this post stating that since it's been months, it's OK. My follow-up question on your presumed response is - how much time needs to pass before it's considered OK?

I said how a deal being cheaper 2 weeks ago does not make sense to be bought at a higher price. The two links you've posted, the Acer was $749 just once in March, this is September right now. Something going on sale after 5 months makes sense. This omnibook goes on sale often esp with coupons. If anything, you just proved the point I made in the comment. So, thank you for that.

Second - coincidentally enough - did you read one sentence and then stopped reading after? You know, the part where I said you were gonna reply that your reasoning is that it's been months, and then ignored my follow-up question of how long is it ok then? 1 month? 3 months?
And no, "something going on sale after 5 months makes sense" does not make sense in your context. "Something going on sale for MORE than it went on sale for 5 months ago" also, I'm sure many would agree, doesn't make something a really good deal. It's been 5 months, and it's $50 higher.
Bottom line is I just wish you would stop TC'ing on other posts when it references a product you've posted about before. You do that all the time. It's perfectly fine to say it was a cheaper price before, provide a link, etc etc. But you always, ALWAYS, have to include a line about how their post isn't good, or the deal is bad, etc. And you always do this when someone posts a same/similar deal that you've posted. As if you are always get offended at that.
The base price of this laptop was $899.99 two weeks ago. And same price now.
There was a coupon code for labor day and it now expires.
However the 10% coupon code from email still works.
(the 10% coupon sent by HP expires on Sep 26. Latest one expires Oct 14)
It is 10% off $599 purchase or more.
I am not buying any laptop unless it is really a good deal. Last time I bought a new laptop, it was 2021. The last refurbished laptop was 2023.
I just tried to see and it showed me this:
(addition saving:
with AE card, you get $50 off $299 HP purchase, expiring Oct 18;
with Chase card, you get $50 off $799 HP purchase, expiring every month's end)
