How is this better than a sawzall?
How is this better than a sawzall?
Have you tried to cut branches and twigs using a sawzall?
I have a battery sawzall from Black and Decker. (have wood, all purpose, and metal blades)

When I tried to use my wood cutting blade with my sawzall to prune, the branches just moved with the blade and it felt like treading water.
I would actually prefer using a sawzall to prune because it's lower profile than a chainsaw and lets me get into tight spaces better
What makes a "pruning blade" different from a "regular" sawzall blade? Do you have a link to the product you use? I don't want to be disappointed after this pent up excitement
Yes, I use my Milwaukee sawzall yearly to prune, purchase a pruning blade for your sawzall and have a great pruning time😊
I had NO clue there was a separate "pruning blade"

I looked at the blade at HD on my way to work - unlike other blades that have Smaller teeth and cut a bit slower, pruning blades have deeper teeth and they grab branches better.
I'm going to buy the 5-Pack for $10 from HF this weekend (the amazon blades look expensive!) and cut some hedges - these are a nightmare to prune using a chainsaw!
The blade is designed for pruning ,check Home depot ,Lowes, Amazon I've been using a Milwaukee blade only because it was on sale at HD , works well others may be equal or better.
Thank You for leaving the comment and saving me from my ignorance. I have a dozen different sawzalls and gave up on using them to cut branches - never occurred to me to look for a blade specialized for pruning!
