Dark mode on mobile browser

When I am browsing SD on my phone in a browser, not the app, the background is white background even though I have dark mode enabled on phone and for browser. I am using Chrome. It's really needed as I do not like the app but lots of websites are able to support darkmode on mobile webpages. Thanks.
