I regret getting the 3 quart size. The majority of the cooking times found online are for the 6 quart size. 3 quarts is enough for one or two meals, but falls short for meal prepping.

For instant pot and air fryers they usually recommend 2qt size per person. So if three people in the family, 6qt minimum. This would be like for a single person or a student.
I get that the 3qt won't appeal to everyone, but you see a lot fewer deals on it than the 6qt.

I agree that it's a good size for 1-2 people. I use mine regularly. The only reason I'd want to up-size is so that I can make a bigger pot of soup.
