13g is what they consider 1 serving for this. Compare to 1 serving of your bog standard supermarket jif peanut butter, it has the same amount of protein per serving (6g vs 7g), so this is just the peanut/protein dehydrated, without any of the added sugar or salt, and with all the oil/fat extracted out along with their accompanying calories.

I wouldn't bother trying to reconstitute this into a spread for toast, but this would work perfectly as an ingredient in a smoothie or shake, especially if you have protein powder in a flavor you're not a fan of that's in need of a flavor enhancement. Can even use in a stew or satay.

It has obnoxious little peanut chips in it. Which are great at getting stuck in your milk frother. It's a far cry from crunchy peanut butter.

It has little bits of peanuts in there. Have you ever had crunchy peanut butter? It's the same concept

Somehow pbfit pure claims to have better macros despite the same ingredients.

Cuz you mix it with your protein shake so it's just an additional ingredient

it's like malted on an ice cream, which is our favorite way to use it!

already have the original from the June deal.

is the cocoa one worth picking up too ?

primary use case would be ninja creami ice creams, protein shakes and as a topping on ninja creami and regular ice cream. can't think of other use cases
