i bought this last time. seems fine but the capacitive touch power button is stupid and makes it extremely easy to turn everything off by accident when you're plugging something in

Yeah I agree. I have this. Sometimes it turns off with just a tiny tap.

I have had 3 of this style now and all have suffered one or more port failures as well. Don't recommend this style Baseaus at all.

This is probably the reason that it is being sold on a discount

Great deal. Total charging capacity is 40w..not 20w. Each port does a max of 20w.
I own the true 20w and have owned it for nearly 2 years. It's worked great and is perfect for devices you may not want to charge quickly (overnight charging of mobile phone) or a device that isn't USB PD compatible and needs a slow charge.
This 40W one is a great deal. I bought one

Yes... But charger supports 40w total. Original 40w title was correct

..didn't say the title wasn't correct. but people may assume it has a 40w port, which I clarified.

Mine works great, but be aware that if you lose power to the outlet it is plugged into, you will need to turn this unit back on. That part sucks.
Mainly a pain because I use it on the same circuit as other things (such as an air fryer, toaster, coffee maker), and sometimes the breaker overloads at the GFCI outlet. Not terrible, but a pain when it happens.
