Not seeing the credit show up on the checkout screen like it says it is supposed to. "offer will automatically apply at checkout if eligible". I guess I'm not eligible?

Yeah typically offers like this will be confirmed in cart on the desktop site version (not the app or mobile site), but not the case here... Kinda risky

I had to add at least $40 worth of cat products into my cart before the $5 promo showed it was applied. Had to use desktop version of page to see it. Very misleading.
