These are basic like any five below ones they have the newer model with anc that work better but still not loud. If you don't care much about sound just go to five below

I tried many pairs but this pair is good because it connects to my laptop well. Others kept on disconnecting.

I ordered 2 pairs and received them in under 8 hours. trying them now.
out of the box they seem a
very slightly tinny, but more than acceptable for 10 bucks. Haven't tried the app yet

Once upon a time, someone on SD posted a link to a great Youtube reviewer. He was something like an audio engineer who ran down his best earbuds at each price point and backed it up with frequency response graphs, features overview, etc. The video was very long and covered $5 buds up to $2k+. He also kept it current with updates. I lost it in my history and cannot find it. Anyone here have any idea who that might have been? Sorry for being slightly off topic but, I'm tired of seeing a zillion under $20 deals when I know great info is out there for what the best option really is. (Best option according to that guy, anyways..) If there is another place to post this question, feel free to direct me there. Thanks all!
