OP needs to put the actually useful information in. it supports 4 ports up to 30w but if the total power exceeds 60w it cuts off devices so careful with what you're loading on this.

is this hot swappable? I need to plug this into a live network without restarting anything
This is a network switch, not a hard drive. if you have DHCP setup then of course adding devices to a network is "hot swappable". If you unplug a POE device then that device loses power.
