Laughable MSRP for these. They used rice flour and soy instead of wheat flour, that's it. 1lb Erawan gluten-free rice flour (the red label) is $1.79 from Hmart. Weighing and mixing your own dry ingredients takes like 3 minutes when baking.

This brand is the best GF baked treats we've tried, and we've been GF for 12 years. Worth it if you want/need to stock up. Usually $5-7 a box at Meijer or other similar stores.

Gluten free stuff is usually 2 to 3 times more expensive than stuff with wheat flour, so this is nice. Source: am dad of a kiddo with celiac.

Also, I really like King Arthur's brownies the best. Even better than the wheat flour version.
