Needed one for my tv in the dining room. Y'all think I can mount a light weight 50 inch. Says this is rated up to 43 inch

I'm not sure. I ask because they usually post a conservative max weight. But I do know the 50 inch is pretty light. Older basic edge lit samsung tv. If not I have a 43 inch but that's only 1080p and looks cheap

I just looked up a random TCL 50-in TV. It's listed as being 20 lbs. I'm assuming yours would work, but I also know nothing about it. So, you should really look up the model number of your TV to find out its weight.
