Get one of those 27-gal Storage Tote for $9 or less at HD, Lowes, Costco ... and cut a 6x6 hole on the side. Interior insulation is optional. They will last a long time, even outdoors.

I would love for something decent to come up similar for my outdoor cats i take care of, but this looks like a waste of money. The reviews are quite mixed.
