It's kind of funny you are down voting a $400 robot that competes with machines 3 times it's price. You would be hard pressed to find a better mopping robot. Plus this thing has some pretty unique features. It can be plumbed into the water and sewer mains, if paired with their humidifier it will fetch the water for said humidifier. Reverse that for the upcoming dehumidifier.

It may very well compete, but at this time there are no unbiased reviews posted that speak to the quality of the build, how well it avoids obstacles, how well it maps, and how fast support responds to issues.

I do agree it has competitive features. How well ther perform has not been determined by enough (or any) independent sources.

Switchbot didn't respond to any of my emails or requests for service of my $1,000 s10 which only worked for 2 weeks before reporting fatal fill errors. Lots of people have this issue. Amazon couldn't return due to time, and Switchbot is just ridiculously horrible with service.

I'm not anti-Switchbot, as I've used their motorized switches since they came out. Just pray you don't have a problem with one of their products.
