Under the Item Specifics section it says - 1920x1200 while in the body of the description it says 16″ WQXGA (2560×1600) 240 Hz IPS Display
You get a 2 year warranty which at least for me makes this better than a brand new one provided that the refurb comes in like new condition of course.

Better blacks and color on OLED and better brightness on IPS. I don't think burn in is an issue for the life of this laptop
if you plan to leave your laptop docked and plugged in the all the time using an external monitor and keyboard then these problems will not affect you, but i do wonder about the life expectancy of this laptop given the high temperatures. its still a great price point for these specs so you're getting what you pay for

Seems like an amazing deal, any problems with Acer refurbs in the past? If not I would say this is truly a slick deal.
I've heard a lot of people saying the Acer referbs arrive in essentially new condition. That's not to say nobody had a bad experience, but generally they seem to do a good job.

Got the 16S last month and it was indeed in new condition even with the hinge plastic still installed. It just had a refurb sticker on the bottom that I removed. Will keep mine as I prefer the OLED, and I flashed the 5070ti up to 120W, which is fine for me. Bummer on both is that I would like to upgrade the RAM, but the DDR5-6400 stuff is hella expensive right now, selling above MSRP.

An earlier post said this was the full power 140w GPU, is that incorrect then and it's actually a lower powered GPU that you upped the power on?
