Supposedly the Plus is more reliable and has a larger capacity water tank. I see that the Costco deal does include a $20 coffee voucher, but that'll only get you a single sleeve of the Vertuo pods directly from the Nespresso site. I think the cost savings on this model is a better value, personally.
Edit: now back in stock, but for $119.99. 4 years ago I bought this for $160, so maybe it's not so bad a deal?

Sadly, it's already out of stock again, but it seems to pop in and out quite a bit. Both the sale price and the F&F discount are supposed to last until 9/28, so it's worth checking back often.
