I don't know how but this is the third time I've had this same exact offer within a year.

I know a hack to keep the rewards points banked so right now I'm sitting on $180 worth of points.

got it last time. just remember these rewards expire after 30 days. took me all 30 days to figure out what to use the $100 on. the reward showed up the day my spend posted.

Bear in mind that you also need to spend more than the certificate amount in order to use it.

If you want to know how to keep your reward certificate, it's simple but you'll have to PM me because I would hate for it to get abused and BB to nix the loophole.
