No handles front or back, no D-rings at the side/center so not able to secure a seat if you want, no webbing at rear to secure gear. It's too full of shortcuts. With a cheap board you will also get a cheap paddle.

It is not designed for waves . You have to watch even a boat riding by on a shallow lake .

Anything under 500 will all be the same basically.that is in the 12-15 psi, with glue seams , and limited warranty.Decent deal if you get a few uses out of it.

seems to have good reviews on amazon, of course everyone say good for the value. I would imagine its good for a beginner.
I have 2 BOTE inflatables and have used many friend's non-BOTE brand. Nothing can beat BOTE. But also pay for the price.

I tried this one in the sea and it was complete disaster even in super small waves. For reference I have 36 inch wide board that is more expensive and it is rock solid super stable. So if you are new better get wider and longer board.

I bought one (or at least one from the same SUP factory.... or from the same town that all the SUP factories are located I guess)...... Considering how much getting a rental would be, and divide it by how much this was, and then figure out how many times it will likely last, I have NO RAGRETS. Suspect I can get a dozen uses out of it, and rentals were like $15 an hour maybe (so probably $25 to $30 a use I guess). The pump is very suspect though.

These seem alright, just make sure you have a life jacket or know how to swim. but i have heard that many people are happy with them.

also never store them fully inflated or leave them fully inflated while out in the sun. this stresses the seams leading to a rupture.

This is SUP, not a surfing board. This is a great deal if you want to relax in a peaceful lake. It pays itself after a few uses, hourly rental is 20-40 dollars.

Not sure how many years you expect it to last for a $90 SUP.

For casual paddling in a lake or down a calm river, these are perfect for beginners. I bought 2 kits from another brand, and they have gotten extensive use from my family over two years (spring/summer). We enjoy it so much, I bought a third one when it was on sale. Very easy to store and transport compared to a hard board. I would recommend getting an electric inflator to pump it most of the way, and then use the manual pump to get to the correct PSI. Otherwise you can wear yourself out manual inflating the whole thing.

I got one of these early this summer, and for the $80 or so dollars I paid for it, it was worth it. There are definitely better inflatables out there, I also own a Body Glove inflatable I got from Costco, think I paid $300 for that. The Body Glove is definitely beefier, can tell by just lifting the two, the BG weighs significantly more. Has additional tie-downs, etc. As others have stated this is for flat water paddling, not rough water/surf. I also own a fiberglass SUP that I take in the ocean waves which is a different animal and a bit of a bitch to transport.
