I've had this same product (different color) running continuously in our garage for two years straight. No issues at all, but we only keep it at 45 degrees for cold drinks. But our garage gets very hot in the summer. I've been impressed with it. It's quiet. A little condensation develops inside over time, but it's not excessive and easily wiped with a paper towel.

This is a decent price.

As for the quality of this, I've been keeping my beer warm with the 42 quart version in the back of my truck with solar panels for the past three years. I spent about 250 days camping with it and I can say its very reliable but not the most energy efficient. The insulated "protective cover" that is available is crap - I've ripped two of them now and probably would've ripped more had I replace it after the second time.

I had this in the back of my Tesla for 3 days during camping and it kept the drinks ice cold. Very little battery drain on the vehicle. Really good product.

Interested at why you chose to get this for garage duty. Wouldnt those cube fridges be more efficient (and maybe same price/cheaper?)

Did you initially buy it as an "in case" but just kept it plugged in instead of wasting space/being stored?

What's been the kWh usage of this? I only have a 1kWh battery bank and a solar panel on my camper. I find the solar panel doesn't do much most of the time when I'm camping because well.. we always camp in the woods!

I've been using this fridge (the Grey one) for 2 years.

In the summer months, it comes with me while I'm car camping. It has no problem keeping things at 45 degrees while pulling 35w while in operation. I could set it lower, but then ice starts forming.

I have it paired with a Runhood 1200 power station and a 100w solar panel with a long cord. As long as I change the orientation of the panel at midday so that it's getting power in the morning and afternoon, the power station stays at about 85%, even with all my fans and lights running and me operating an 800w rice cooker once a day.

When it's not the summer, my parents use it as their drink cooler in the TV room. It's been rock-solid.

The one gripe I have is that the included AC adapter is pretty much crap. After a few months we got constant compressor errors ("E3") on the display because the AC adapter would undervolt. I replaced it with a beefier AC/DC adapter and it's back to working perfectly.

I have the non pink one from 3 years ago. it's been great and this price is fantastic. I think I paid $235 3 years ago. Agree with all other comments here. Great little fridge.
