Do these normally show online? Or is it only if you go by the store? I haven't kept up with each store, HD shows the clearance price if you click the banner.

I don't believe they do. I'd recommend going to your local store if interested. FYI one store had them for $156 and the other store I went to had them for $101

My local store had it for $156ish and I passed on it.
Might look again this weekend to see if it's lower and get one.
I did manage to get the $598 Hart mower for $225 though.

I don't know about this one specifically, but for an oil free compressor of this design, I would expect around 80dB. Ideally, you'll want it to be pretty far away from you if you're using it for extended periods or else have hearing protection on. But it only produces 4SCFM@90psi so you won't be running HVLP, sanders, grinders, etc. for sustained periods with it either.

I just compared it to my 4 gallon pancake and the phone decibel meter said 97 on the pancake and 91 on the 20 gallon from a few feet away from each

He's right about building the box. Really...watch the YouTube videos on that topic. I learned a lot, and my whole aoproach was wrong. Mufflers don't work because a lot of the noise comes out the AIR INTAKE. Basically, this guy sent the sound UP! With like four sheets of 2" thick foil insulation boards, like a chimney. It works. Check it out. Again, I had it all wrong with my approach. Good luck!

Using the Walmart app and a GPS spoofer app set on the store's location will give you that store's price. A little bit of work but better than physically going there.
