usually the draw on these is getting high cashback/CC points with the retailer right? do some of you have USPS as a good bonus category or something?

Should be. though I haven't bought this at USPS.

fine print says they restrict it to debit only ( during promotion period). I suspect if you are paying that purchase fee - you can use a CC, otherwise its a double loss for the merchant.

That said - i use a legacy debit card i have that has a 2% CB built into it - so works even better for me.
