How's the caching performance with ssd ? I've read mixed reviews so curious .
Depends on use. For small office of 50 people accessing tiny files it's quite good; for a home user it's useless. SSDs are good for fast storage - put your docker containers, your metadata, and your other fast stuff on the SSD, and use the HDD array for media and bulk files.
