You can see it compared to the alternatives including vitamix. Essentially the creami is the first consumer grade machine after the Pacojet patent ran out. I would not be surprised to see more in the future considering the success of the Creami.
1 cup cottage cheese (I use 2%)
1 cup milk (I like Fairlife 2%, but also use 1% regular)
1 scoop protein powder (I like cookies and cream)
2 Tablespoons malted milk powder
1 Tablespoon pudding mix (vanilla is good here)
Pinch of salt
After freezing this bad boy, I let it thaw on the counter for 15 mins, then slap it on "lite ice cream" mode. I then follow up with the "mix-in" button (whether I use a mix-in or not).
I think the stats on this are approx: 450 calories, 11g fat, 67g protein, 19g sugar
