RE: walmart. Sure if you want to pay an additional $60 for a sealed box.

It's $359 at Walmart for the 46mm which is what's posted here. It's $329 for the 42mm.

I think this is worth the $90 off the current price of new.

Look...decent condition used 10's are going for at least ~$250 on ebay/swappa. You're going to get scratches and they'll probably be close to losing their warranty.
For $270, you're getting 15 day refund. You're getting basically a new device. You're likely getting close to a year of Applecare & you may be able to get Applecare+. If you want it now, it's not a bad deal. That said, yes, come Black Friday, I bet you're going to see these ~$250 new

Best Buy also has the 42mm version (Open Box - Excellent) for $250. Both pretty great deals considering their Open Box items are usually brand new (they have a 15 day return policy). At this time of the year a lot of people return Apple products immediately after purchase when they realize a new model is out. The Apple Watch Series 11 is $400+ and is quite literally identical to Series 10, just with marginally more battery life. No reason to pay a 60% premium for it.

This is not a good deal. I got an (Open Box) Apple Watch 10 Series 46mm $224 from Amazon in July in perfect condition. It should drop in cost now that 11 is out.
