Not thread crapping as there are some decent deals here but if youre patient you can get pretty good deals on WhatNot on like new or damaged box tools, chargers etc. I've had very good luck.
By far the best place to buy tools is garage sales in my experience.

2 of the good deals I see are the Ryobi angle grinder at $16 and the Ryobi rotary too kit for $21.

I tried them once. Got the Ryobi heated cushion I ordered, received a corded jig saw instead of the cordless impact, and never received the Milwaukee grinder I ordered. The "open box" was empty when UPS received it. Seems very shady.
