I picked this up about a year ago from Ace for the same price. It's a pretty neat tool, it's a ratcheting screwdriver that keeps turning in the same direction regardless of which way you're turning the handle, effectively doubling the speed of screwing/unscrewing. Definitely not a NEED to have, but a nice to have.

That sounds like it'd take some getting used to.

You have to hold the collar for it to constantly turn to the right or left, regardless of how the handle is turned. If you don't hold the collar it ratchets normally. I hope this helps.

Not really, it's the same as using a regular ratcheting screwdriver, just faster.
