This is the best deal on a 9800X3D pre-built. I would hope it comes with black gpu instead of white/silverish one. Good deal but the build looks "off".

Based on customer reviews, I have the impression that the Walmart deal comes with a better motherboard than this one.

I was able to get a black card by asking them. They just charged me cost difference to upgrade. This can only be done when buying a prebuilt on their website though

Yeah I got the same exact thing. From Reddit it looks like you can pay to upgrade to B850 if you send them a message

The parts in the system cost more if you buy them and build yourself. This is a good mid tier system for sure.

You can get a Core Ultra 7 265KF (Z890 MB) and an RTX 5070ti for $30 cheaper on their website.

Do you guys reckon there will be better deals by Black Friday or is it worth pulling the trigger?

Solid price for what you're getting. Better than the Walmart's CyberPower's SLC7700WST for $1899.

Yeah that's nice I sent them a message and they also let me know they could upgrade the mobo to the b850 for extra.

What's the difference between this one and another post: https://slickdeals.net/f/18483895-andromeda-insights-gaming-pc-rx-9070xt-ryzen-7-9800x3d-32gb-ddr5-1tb-ssd-850w-gold-psu-argb-fans-windows-11-home. They look same to me. I asked this question on that post too. Just in case someone here knows it.

Anyway, the customer service replied very quick: The primary difference between the "Elite AMD Vector" and the RX 9070XT V2, which is priced at $1800, is largely aesthetic, mainly concerning the PC case. The performance between these two configurations is generally the same.

Cost Plus Gaming is generally cheaper and has better RAM (CL30) along with the newer chipset B850 by default for AMD enthusiast builds (also 2TB as standard). More importantly for AMD CPUs they don't use ASRock motherboards, they give you an MSI B850 (the newer AMD CPUs, primarily the 9800x3d, are known to die on ASRock motherboards). They also have free shipping, AI charges $50 for shipping which shows up when you go through their checkout. I would go with CPG because you get the better system for less, adding all the upgrades you get as standard at CPG to AI and you'll be paying quite a bit more.

Edit: CPG/AI don't charge sales tax for now to most states (once they reach a certain amount of sales $ to each state they will have to).
