Nah, these have been used for 2 years and will likely have heavy battery degradation. Best Buy doesn't have any guarantees for battery capacity, even for certified refurbished.
They are selling Series 10 Open Box - Excellent (so basically brand new) for $250. Go for that instead.

Not bad if you want easy returns but you can find Series 9's on Ebay with free returns or check local marketplaces as they'll probably come down to the $150-160 range in the coming weeks as people upgrade to the new versions. Plus on local marketplaces/Ebay you can view the actual watch that you will buy for cosmetic damages

Last October I bought a "used" Series 9 45mm blk/blk from Best Buy in "good" condition for $194.

It was brand new and pulse oximetry worked. I thought this would be worth much more over time because it was originally sold before the cutoff.

Battery Health on mine is 97%. I always keep the optimized charge limit on.

I bought one of these and they came with 100% battery. However one of them have heavy scratch on the screen. They are certified refurbished by GeekSquad but not Apple.

my Apple Watch 7 is at 77% battery health it actually says to service it but yet it still lasts me an entire day. not sure how much longer it's going to last but as long as it continues to last an entire day I'm going to keep rocking it.

Absolutely not true. I bought one last week and it came in pristine condition with 98% battery health. And this version has the true blood oxygen sensor that gives you the reading on the watch. Not the new workaround they implemented for Series 10 and later that only gives you a reading on your phone. I'm absolutely thrilled with Best Buy on this one.
