I got this model a few months back, mine came with 8gb of ram and I added another stick of 8gb. I wiped Windows and installed CachyOS, it gets 20-30 more fps than it did on Windows, dependingon the game. I highly recommend CachyOS to anyone who gets this laptop.

While 16GB is not enough and 3A game size is closer to 100GB. We have to upgrade memory and storage after purchasing this laptop with low end graphics to make final cost going up. It's better to buy some new one with better spec for paying few hundreds more.

That was the Intel version and problems were mostly reported from Indian users on reddit. I am guessing maybe humid/heat in that region could of been a factor.

Sure but the CPU in this is incredibly mid. Only 4c/8t of Zen 3 and no iGPU. And CS2 is a CPU-heavy game. So...

(ie being able to set the charging to 60% or 80% max etc/)
