I thought the price of MX-6 was always $7.97 especially since I bought that same thermal paste for $7.97 towards the end of July.

Not sure if anyone's aware that the size of this tube is 4g, however, an 8g tube of MX-4 from Amazon [amazon.com] is currently on sale for $7.99 which is twice as much and I just bought some last week if anyone's interested.

Supposedly the MX-6 has 20% better performance than the MX-4. That's on the MX-6 product page. Now is that 20% significant for the large price difference, I doubt it but please let me know if I'm wrong.

really became a believer in PTM7950. Maybe its a few bucks more expensive "per-application" but it lasts longer and performs better in almost all ways

How do you go off claims you haven't substantiated yourself or have been by independent 3rd parties? W/ that logic, I should ditch my gas vehicle for an EV b/c I'd save 100% on gas, lol. Go ahead and throw out the baby with the bathwater while you're at it...
