this should be taste great but gives ME the runs, because I bought these last dealand my whole family is eating them without issues, they do taste great especially the peanut chocolate i bought these mixed and we have definitely eaten all the peanut first may buy another they are really good, not amazing macros but i personally eat these as dessert and they are satisfying

NOPE!!! Check all the latest reviews on Amazon. They might be the greatest protein bars in the history of bar-dom, yet if they arrive stale/melted/wrong flavor (thanks to the company fulfilling orders *themselves* rather than using Amazon's best-of-the-best fulfillment system 🤦) what good is it? So, big 👎from me.

These are great semi-healthy snack bars. As someone said, I enjoy them as a dessert, not a primary protein bar or meal replacement bar.

really like their protein bars - but, at least imho, these are a lil spensive for a single-digit grams-of-protein snack bar.

These also have erythritol, which not only give people gas, but it also increases risk of stroke and blood clotting.

I just received the items today. Their "best by" date is 11/20/2025, which is only 2 months from now.

These are NOT protein bars, despite what the label says "for sports". These have terrible macros. A good benchmark for protein bars is Calories /10 should always be less than protein. This bar has 180 cals with 7g protein and 13g fat.

These are just not healthy, like at all. It has more than 20x the calories as protein. It's also one of those that substitute the sugar with fat to not make it taste horrible. White chocolate (cocoa butter) is literally the 3rd biggest ingredient apart from peanuts.

Tastes like candy, because it pretty much IS candy. Payday (the literal candy bar) has 240 cals, 13g fat, and 7g protein. A candy bar has nearly the same macros as the Keto bars.

I wouldn't say the "protein" bars are much better. 220 cals, 13g fat, 14g protein is still unhealthy. It fails the /10 rule, and while it is better than Payday, that's not saying much.
