What are the main use cases for these beasts? That's a lot of network ports, so...firewall? Server? I'd like to hear what people get up to with them.

Would make a killer OPNSense firewall/router. You could also put Proxmox on it for running VMs and LXCs for various uses. If you just need a good Windows PC that will excel in every-day tasks, schoolwork, and maybe retro gaming, it could be great as well.

I use this device to run my main ProxMox Node. I have the i5-12600H version with 96GB RAM and it handles everything I can throw at it - Windows VM for Blue Iris, Ubuntu VM for torrents, Docker host, a bunch of LXC.
