I bought two 64GB 2x32GB kits of the Patriot Viper Elite 5 recently. Just opened both of them today and both kits have one bad stick.

Am in the process of RMA-ing them now. Difficult to believe I lost the silicon lottery that badly

agreed... but none the less not terrible in the Value dept... I personally wouldn't go for it but you can tighten up those timings a bit. Patriot makes decent memory... well dresses up Samsung Sticks nicely I should say lol 🤣

I've done my last 4 custom builds with Patriot ram and haven't had an issue so perhaps you did lose the silicone lottery. sorry to hear that.. they aren't to bad with RMA processes or speed in my past experience if that is any consolation
