Has anyone had any luck with their support? I bought a different one with included battery and the latter won't charge (probably got deeply discharged). Sent an email to their support email and never heard back.

When I reached out for having a defective unit they were fairly responsive. Asked for a video of the defect and shipped me a new unit without asking for the old one.

Email. Their cs is definitely in Asia as they replied during their time zone business edit: I was able to talk to their customer service once on phone but that was help placing an order, not for technical support
