In my case, their laptop is good, but the last PC I bought from them needed to be sent for warranty ten times, no joke. It was the pre-built RTX 4090 with i9 13th. It was the most terrible experience I ever had, but their warranty and customer support are great.

100% Agree with you, since day one during the set up I get blue screen, eventually got it set up and then it happens again 3 more times. Maybe it was just my unit but having those issues on day one and spending that much money was an immediate return.
