Decent sounding but not great for surround sound, separation was bad and very limited configuration options. Not bad at this price though.

Go for it if you have the space. This is 44 inches wide though so it's wider than your monitor, if that matters to you.

For near-field listening, you'll be better with some desktop speakers, like from iLoud or Adam. Also, I personally don't have room under my monitors because I like them low.
