then they sent me two emails apologizing.
Got shipping information early this morning. Tracking finally updated not too long ago and says delivery Sat.
Order was placed morning of at 5:57 am.
I ordered 5:03 AM CST Saturday the 20th, estimated delivery 09/25, charged my card on the 20th and refunded two days later but still showed as ordered. Email this morning apologizing for the shipping delay and then second email this evening confirming shipping with a UPS tracking number to be delivered on Saturday the 27th.
I've been a member for decades and ordered lots of things from Costco online - for things that they usually stock in-store they ship quick once they find a store with stock. For items like this that are not in-store this is the pattern.
Hang tight - if your order is still active and just awaiting shipping it is not if, just when.
