Hot Wheels tires don't require air. Anyhow these off brand things are everywhere on Amazon with spectacular discounts off an arbitrary price. I'd stay away.

Loud, which is normal
Generates a lot of heat, very extremely hot at the connection point. The plastic whatever there will not last therefore the product will not last.
