the "support pouch" is hardly a pouch at all. does not wrap under your junk at all, OR at the sides. the're supposed to keep things in place, which it may slightly, but the pouch isn't deep/wide enough at the sides either (to keep things from touching your legs). in other words, don't buy these for the pouch, in my opinion. fabric is also thin and slightly scratchy (not cotton). only buy if you NEED cheap underwear.
