Not much of a deal when you compare it with the previous times it was posted. It was available via eBay for the same price which came with the 1 year allstate warranty. This does not come with that.
The second time it was posted for this price, just a month ago, it did not receive a positive response.
This, from best buy, does not come with such a warranty.

Just a tip, this isn't a terrible deal. However, the condition seriously varies. I received 3 of them (2 replacement and one original order) and all of them had issues. One had backlight bleeding, another had deep scratches on the screen and the other looks like it took part in a war and was absolutely filthy when it came in. I'm not sure how their "refurbishing" process is, but it's not great from my personal experience. I returned the final one for my money back and coughed up the extra few hundred for a brand new m4 pro. For me, it wasn't worth the aggravation it was causing and the continuous replacements being sent. Some have mentioned they had great experiences and theirs looked brand new, however mine wasn't the case. I had to have the laptop for work and couldn't keep sending them back for another. It's entirely luck of the draw. If you have more money than time, go for a brand new one for a few hundred more.
Side note:
The price has gone up from the original $1079.00 up to $1120. Really not that great of a deal for what it's worth.

I ordered 2 weeks ago for $1,100 I must've been lucky or just the outlier. Mine came with the 2 years of AppleCare+ and the screen and protect came flawless. So my experience was great. I am a best buy plus member don't know if that had anything to do with it.

I ordered one from ebay and one from best buy. The ebay one is new and the warranty just kicked in for a year. The best buy one was activated in 2023
