good thing about dual chemical mixtures is that it is unlikely to solidify because the product stays unmixed until reaching the end of the syringe. make sure to wipe off any mixed material before capping. JB weld is some of the best of the best before you start getting into much more expensive and much more specialized formulations.

They've also changed the way the cap locks so you cannot accidentally put the hardener on the resin side no matter how hard you tried and have an accidental contamination.

Sort of resealable. After a few uses it won't seal back up. The tubes are much more forgiving.

I feel that the shear forces would be too much for that job.

These two part epoxy products tend to last longer than regular glue (until mixed). I've had a pair of JB Weld in individual tubes in the garage for over a decade and only recently needed new ones (cause I finally used them up. Not because their age.)
BTW, these plungers are relatively small containers with less than a fl oz each. Regular twin tubes of this JB Weld total 2oz (oz vs fl oz??), and are only $6.54. So actually costs less for about the same total amount of glue. ie. only get the plungers if you really need that form for application or to help with dispensing even amounts. (Note: It doesn't really have to be exact, as I've learned from years of eyeballing it from the tubes.)

Typically, yes. You'd want to remove any rusty areas.

Depends on the plastic. Won't adhere right to some plastics, but then there's

Unlike a regular superglue, this one has added components that are slightly flexible and more waterproof (ie. Broken showerhead handle here glued with this.)
If the two sides can be held apart a crack, coat both sides, then sweep the uv light over the edges 2-3 seconds to start activating it, stick and hold the two edges together.
Apply a bead along the break to cover it, uv light for 10-20 seconds to activate it. Then do the other side.
A dozen more seconds of a second light pass for both sides, then let sit for 4-8 hours.
Uv light in sunlight, too.

Best epoxy glue I've ever used, it takes a long time to fully harden but once it's fully cured it's so strong. Just don't make the mistake of buying their other version that have a self mixing syringe, it's a one time use
