Don't you have to pay when the item arrives? I ordered from UK and I had to pay DHL 100$ on top of my 200$ order cost in order for them to not return to sender. I found out way after I placed the order and I felt cheated. Ended up paying the tariffs and getting the items.

I sent an email to the customer support if I have to pay any custom duties on top of the order amount. I will update you once I receive a response.

You have to pay the tariff before it gets delivered. You are going to pay a minimum 10%.
