Can I pay off on first day and cancel account to get the activation fee back and use it on cricket? And unlock after 60 days?

WM always has this issue where you try to login your ATT to upgrade it just keeps on circling back and never goes through.

This is the phone I got 07/24. First non-Android and to be honest, when my spouse allows, I'm returning to Android. For me (not work related) Android is much easier and better.
