I ordered this one recently and received the newer version which has the same SKU, but as folks reported requires longer bits. not as pictured.

I had to get older version from the auction site.

Bit that comes with it is great, one of the best I have used. Magnetic head is big and too close to end for a lot of what I do. Can't screw in a recessed hinge screw so magnet portion spends most of the day in my pocket.

yes, shank works in my makita but I had to look up a video to see how it works.. doh... I put it on backwards.

Great deal, picked up a few and used it after couple of days ago to install a new bathroom light, worked great, might be the best magnetic bit I have now. The only thing I don't like that was mentioned by Jimmyzick, for sure there will be times the big magnet will be in the way.
