Not bad for the price but that processor is aging and the RAM is DDR4. Looks like a nice little media PC though.

I recently got a Beelink EQ14 to use as a router because it had Intel 2.5G NICs. I've been very happy with it and it's build quality so far

Besides the 32gb RAM, how would this compare to the horsepower of a Steam Deck?

according to NotebookCheck.net, the Vega 7 it's about half the speed of the steam deck. It's also an older architecture and does not support AMD FSR.
That said, if you mostly play older or less demanding games, they will still run at low quality and resolution settings.
If you want to game at steam deck or higher settings, look for a mini PC with AMD 680m, 780m, or higher

Do they slap "AI" label on anything that runs Windows?

Why does it have AI in it's name? They just toss that on anything these days.

how does this work? just because it has 2 ports it can be used as a router? how does it perform? can it still be a computer too? Curious about this!

Any computer can be a router. A Raspberry Pi can be a router.

Looks like the 5650u has the basic "Radeon Vega 7" integrated graphics which is about half as powerful as the 680M.
