would this be a decent computer for a older person that doesn't do anything major? Usually things like a family tree program, taxes, web surfing, excel, word etc..

Can these easily add an external GPU?

It's way more than enough for that. You could easily get away with an N97, or N150 type mini pc for that sorta stuff.

Thanks for the reply. Does it really matter on the brand of mini pc? I see theirs all different brands. Do these come preinstalled with windows?
Doesn't say if it comes with Windows. If it includes Windows 11 Pro, it's a pretty good deal for the 32GB/1TB version.
If you scroll down far enough on the web page there is an "Additional Details" section - click on that to expand and under there it says Windows 11 Pro.
This is a good price for a 6800h.
However, you probably won't get the full performance of the 6800h. https://www.reddit.com/r/BeelinkO.../?sort=new
Even with the not publicly available bios, it's only fixed to be like a normal 6800u not h. This is likely because it only comes with a 65w power supply.
Also these mini PCs tend to have reliability issues with their power circuitry. So pushing more power may make that worse.

Beelink is one of the more reputable one. All of mine came with windows preinstalled.
