It's way more than enough for that. You could easily get away with an N97, or N150 type mini pc for that sorta stuff.

Even with the not publicly available bios, it's only fixed to be like a normal 6800u not h. This is likely because it only comes with a 65w power supply.
Also these mini PCs tend to have reliability issues with their power circuitry. So pushing more power may make that worse.

Thanks for the reply. Does it really matter on the brand of mini pc? I see theirs all different brands. Do these come preinstalled with windows?
