Is this really only 42hr of battery life? Garmin is slightly more expensive but at least you would get a real watch that lasts for half a month and can do way more than this.

Really? Will look into Garmin.

My Apple watch can control most of my house (lights, unlock w/ homekey, etc). Doorbell pushes thumbnails of visitors straight to watch.

Can control all my entertainment devices through Siri. Applepay. Unlock my MacBook. Integrates well with carplay--vibrates when it's time to exit/turn. And ofc, workouts/health/etc.
