I just noticed that all of my subscribe and save items have been modified to have sold by "Amazon and other top rated sellers" instead of Amazon.com. When I select Amazon as the seller, the order is updated negating the discounts and coupons, although the original order was placed with an item that was listed Amazon as shipper/seller. What BS is this?
Whats more, my PSA is moved to consumer awareness forum on slickdeals. It is great to see slickdeals taking an initiative, it somehow feels like a blatant attempt to silent an important PSA with the speed it was moved to the forum.

just a heads up. this is magnesium oxide... a less desirable form for absorption. magnesium glycinate is a better choice.
Was looking for this comment. Any recs on a Mag Glycinate one? Thanks!

Magnesium Oxide – the "poor" version
- Low absorption: Magnesium oxide has one of the lowest bioavailability rates — only about 4% is absorbed by the body. Most of it stays in the gut.
- GI side effects: Because it isn't absorbed well, it often causes loose stools, cramping, or diarrhea, which is why it's sometimes used as a laxative instead of for replenishing magnesium.
- Cheap and common: It's widely available and inexpensive, but not very effective if your goal is to raise magnesium levels in cells.
Magnesium Lysinate (often called Magnesium Bisglycinate or Lysinate-Glycinate Chelate) – the better option- Chelated form: Here, magnesium is bound to amino acids (glycine and lysine), which protects it through digestion and helps transport it across the intestinal wall.
- High absorption: Much higher bioavailability compared to magnesium oxide, meaning your body actually gets to use more of the magnesium.
- Gentle on stomach: Because it absorbs efficiently, it's less likely to cause diarrhea or stomach upset.
- Functional benefits: Glycine and lysine themselves can have calming and muscle-supportive properties, adding synergy.
👉 In short: Magnesium oxide = cheap but poorly absorbed (good laxative, not good nutrient source).Magnesium lysinate (or bisglycinate) = highly absorbed, gentle, and effective at raising magnesium levels.
