No. The M12 hydraulic impact is the FUEL SURGE. I have only seen it as bare tool (2551-20) or in a kit with batteries and charger (2551-22), and not as a combo kit with a drill.

No. The bundle that you can split is $249 [homedepot.com]. If you were to buy that bundle and return the 3.0Ah batteries you would only save about $35 versus this deal.

Yes. The key thing to look for is that the two items are prices separately at checkout. If on check out they are a single item, you have to return them as a single item. If on check out they are priced separately you can return them individually.
